The Palmina and Channing Daughters Wine Dinner
Although Palmina and Channing Daughters, our two featured wineries, are highly individual, they do have one thing in common; they both work with varietals that other American producers often overlook, and that's what intrigued Chef Gulija when he conceived this dinner. While it was a bit more challenging to pair two different wines with each of the courses, he explains that it gave the project an additional dimension. Add to that the somewhat unusual selection of wines, the openning of our charming outdoor dining area, and the participation of two talented and personable vintners and you had the makings of one of the most exciting, unique and fun wine dinners we've done.
